TAKE ME OUT TO THE BALL GAME

We thought we try Kaydan out on sports this summer, so we got him into T-ball.

Kaydan did pretty good at hitting the ball, when it came to running the bases though, he managed to run all over the place, except to the bases, it was funny to watch

When the other team was at bat, kaydan played 3rd baseman, he did pretty good,

not too bad for his first game

Mom took the day off of work

Dad took the day off of yard work

Kelton came along for the swing

Kaydan's last day of preeschool was alot of fun

We went to the park and played

We had a picnic and a program

Then off to Sarah house for some swimming fun

I THINK IT IS GOING TO BE A LONG SUMMER

Monday as I was getting ready to leave work I called home to see how the boys were doing. I could tell that when I talked to Sarah that something was up. She told me that Kelton had gotten pushed and hit his mouth on the cement steps, she said that he had a tooth that was loose and bleading with a blister on the back. I called the dentist who told me to go home and call back when I got home. I called Sarah back to tell her I was on my way home She was about in tears and told me that Kelton had tipped over our bird bath and it had broken it (I was just glad that no one got hurt). I took Kelton to see Jared on Tuesday (after we had all calmed down) his teeth were fine he just chipped the corner off of the top tooth.

On Wednesday at about 9:00 I started thinking that something was wrong with Kelton but was to busy to call and see what was going on, I was sure that if something was wrong Carey would call and let me know. At about 11:00 it had calmed down enough for me to call and see what was going on, When Carey answered the phone and answred he told me he was just geting back from the Dr with Kelton who had cut his head open and had to go and get a staple put in. I could not beleive that Carey had not called and told me all he had to say was "It was not life threating so why did he need to let me know".

Its the making of the Newest Horror movie, starring Kelton, and from the very beggining there was plenty of BLOOD!!

opening scene: Kelton is on the front porch in the rocker, rocking back and forth, this time however he's standing up while he's rocking. he finaly went to far back, and the rocker tipped backwards. Kelton managed to hit a brick wall behind him he hit one of the bricks with his head. by the time Carey got to him he was crying, and bleeding all over the porch. well Carey had to figure out how bad it was, so took a wet cloth and had to wash away the blood, it finally stopped bleeding after a minute, the gash in his head was very small and t-shaped. well just to be safe Carey took him to the doctors office, where the doc, figured that one staple should be enough, Kelton Cried more from gettng that staple than he did when he got the injury. Good news though no lasting injury. Hardest part of the whole ordeal was Calling Rachelle at work afterwards, and telling her about it.

Wicked/Easter

Carey took me to see Wicked the Friday before Easter
It was AMAZING

He kept it a secreat from me for several months

What a good guy

We went to Salt Lake City after work and went to dinner befor the show. We picked they boys up at 11:30pm from my parents. The Easter bunney comes to our house on Saturday so we wanted the boys to wake up to Easter baskets and eggs hidden all over. The boys woke up on the way in to the house they CRYED LOUD and ALOT (yes Dad and Carey you were right). After we got the boys calmed down and back to sleep Carey and I took care of some Easter prepreations.
When the boys woke up I told them we had to wait for Adreinne and Eric to come up. When Adreinne come up stairs I come out of the bed room and told he she had to go back down stairs, she was excited to tell me The Easter Bunney had come to our house, I told her that was not possable because I had forgoten he was comming and had locked the door the night before. She insisted he had come and I inisted that there was no way. She finally convinced me to come and looked when I did I pretended to be amazed and asked how he was able to come in Adreinne simpley told me he was magic.

Later that evening we went to my parents house for dinner and another Easter egg hunt with David Christie and the boys, and Sarah, Cody and Rayna

We had a great Easter and had fun playing with lots of family
