I walked in a 5k

that is right I can't believe it myself!

Carey brought the kids down to meet Nancy and me at the finish line

We took the kids to the park to feed the ducks

I think they had more fun chasing each other

WE WENT TO SALINA (i love their parade)

TO CELEBRATE THE 4th

It was so HOT

The kids were so excited they could hardly wait for the parade to start

Thank goodness it is a 2 hour drive to Grandpa and Grandmas house

plenty of time to a 2 year old to have a good nap

Yes this is the best picture of all of the kids that morning
you win some and you settle for some at one point the were clean

HE WENT TO THE NEIGHBORS AND ASKED FOR A CUPCAKE, THEN TRIED TO EAT IT IN ONE BITE.

DO YOU JUST LOVE THAT FACE CHOCOLATE AND ALL?

We told them it was GRASS and they had fun.
What else mattered?
