This year Carey decided to make a Halloween costume. He made a Mask, got a cheap suit from DI, and with the help of some Guinea pigs, ended up with a costume this year

Top row we had some sort of bobble headed creature (carey),
then Doctor Kaydan. Bottom row we had witch Rayna, Batman Kelton, Princess Erica, and from High School Musical "Gabriella" Adrienne

The Weather was Crazy, a rain storm came through around 4, just at the time that our block was doing a trunk and treat, it lasted about 10 minutes, then it cleared up. The Kids had fun going around for candy. However another storm came though, and it was seriously raining in sheets. it even hailed a little bit. Even ghosts had a hard time flying through , but then it cleared up half an hour later, and the kids were out in force ready to take back their Night . there was plenty of Tricks and Treats throughout the night.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ADDIE,COOPER, AND IZZIE

Addie, cooper and Izzie had a PIRATE and PRINCESS Party. The boys got to dress up to go, needless to say they were more that excited for the day to come.

"Mad Dog" Gibson has no intention of taking any prisoners.

"Little Tut " Kelton is wondering if Walking the Plank wouldn't be such a bad idea at this time

not enough Princess to hold off these pirates, however these Princess can hold their own

"Bootless" Kaydan and "Little Tut" Kelton wondering if their facial hair will win over the girls, or if would be easier just to go after the Treasure

You Came From What Floor?

This post is for no other reason other than some day we will want to look back at this little incident and laugh, no one else will but we will.

The photo is because I needed some thing to make me smile, what better thing than my two cute boys.




Rachelle went to a optimality apt for her headaches, I took the kids to a store nearby to keep them busy, then I get a call from Rachelle who was ready to be picked up, and at the sound her voice on the phone, I knew it was going to be an interesting day.
To say the least I was right. The Doctor pretty much told her to get herself to the hospital to be observed, he was concerned that there was too much pressure on her brain and it could lead to eye problems and possibly blindness.
So off to the Hospital we go. We get Rachelle all checked in and then I take the kids over to my sister-in-laws so she could watch them. Bless her heart she was able to do it on short notice. I make it back to the Hospital in time to go with Rachelle down to get a spinal tap done ( they now call it a lumbar puncture)
The nurse that Rachelle had was awesome, she made the arrangements before hand, then grabbed Rachelle’s bed and started wheeling her through the hospital . It felt like we toured the whole Hospital before we got to the right department. It seemed there was some confusion in the waiting room on why we were even there . When we made it back to the x-ray room. The nurse made sure the tech’s and doctors knew what was going on, then they dismissed her . So she left.
Here’s the conversation we had with the doctor a few minutes later :
　
Dr.: What floor are you coming from?
Carey: Labor and Delivery
Dr.: Oh how old is your Baby?
Carey: Um !... She’s still pregnant
Dr.: Oh that means there is still a baby in there
Carey: Um… YA that is usually what pregnant means
Dr.: I guess she will not be laying on her stomach
Rachelle: That would be a BIG no!!
Dr. …and your sure that she’s here to get a lumbar puncture done?
Carey um!… well that’s what we were told.

After the doctor left to check on a few things, Rachelle and I looked at each other, and basically were thinking, (oh no what have we got ourselves into) We got the impression that Rachelle was the First Pregnant person to have a Lumbar Puncture done by the tech and doctor,
They told us what they were going to do then, they basically kicked me out of the room, and proceeded.

David and his family came over to move dirt so we could finely put sod down. The boys were so excited we could hardly keep them on the porch. Davids last words to me were it had better not rain hard and ruined all of his hard work.

I called and ordered the sod to come as soon as possible, crossed my fingers and held me breath. Sunday a WIND storm come in and took the top layer of fine dirt and deposited it on the side of the neighbors house, thank goodness they did not have a window open. On Monday after Carey had gone to work the sky got black and the rain stared the rain turned to hail and all I could do was look out the window.
